His professional journey commenced within the ranks of the U.S. Air Force, where he was adeptly trained to identify and mitigate the array of occupational hazards faced by service members.

Upon transitioning to civilian life, Jeorge channeled his military-acquired skills into a career as an Industrial Hygienist for the Department of the Army. During his tenure as a Department of the Army Civilian, he was instrumental in assessing occupational risks for personnel across the Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps on multiple military bases.

Jeorge's eight-year service with the Department of the Army set the stage for his subsequent role at the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Worker Compensation. In this capacity, he applied his extensive expertise to the analysis and adjudication of exposure-related worker compensation claims.

Holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health with a specialization in Environmental Management. During her 8.5-year tenure in the U.S. Army, she distinguished herself as a Preventive Medicine Specialist, dedicating her expertise to preserving the health and well-being of Soldiers. Her responsibilities encompassed a range of essential services, including water quality assessment, performing rigorous food safety inspections, and executing Industrial Hygiene surveillance across various Army installations.

Her commitment to safeguarding Soldiers' health spurred her to extend her support as a Department of the Army civilian. In this role, Charmaine has leveraged her extensive knowledge and experience at Fort Hood, Texas, which boasts the title of the largest military installation in the United States. Witnessing occupational risks encountered by Service members, Charmaine remains steadfast in her resolve to ensure that they are well-protected and that their rights to all entitled benefits are earnestly upheld.
